Zumba, kickbox, step aerobics, pilates

Am inceput sa fac sport in mod serios acum aproximativ 2 ani. A inceput din nevoia de a ma deconecta de la stresul legat de munca si de faptul ca locuiam intr-o alta tara cu o cultura total diferita.

I started practicing sport approximately two years ago. It started from my need to disconnect myself from the stress related to my job or to the fact that I was living in a country with a totally different culture.

Apoi a devenit pasiune, iar cand rezultatele au inceput sa fie observat si corpul meu se transforma incet, incet, mi-am dat seama cat de important este sportul si cat de mult te ajuta sa te simti bine in pielea ta si sa iti dea o alta incredere in tine insuti.

Then, everything became a passion and when the results started to be observed and my body was changing slowly I realized how important is sport and how much it helps you to feel good and that it gives you a high level of self confidence.

Am inceput cu antrenamentele de kickbox pe care le faceam impreuna cu colega mea de apartament de atunci, Hediye, care de altfel antrena tot personalul universitatii dornic de activitate fizica. Dupa ce aceasta nu s-a mai putut ocupa de grupa de kickbox din cauza unor neintelegeri, am inceput sa merg la antrenamentele ei de step aerobic facute impreuna cu personalul feminin al universitatii. Vorbind despre o parte conservatoare a Turciei, este usor de inteles faptul ca barbatii si femeile nu se puteau antrena impreuna. Eu am fost o exceptie.

I started the kick-box training with my flat mate at the time, Hediye, who was in charge of the training for the university’s staff, willing to have some physical activity. After a while she could not train the kick-box group anymore due to some misunderstandings, so I started to attend her step aerobics training realized for the feminine group of the university’s staff. Speaking about a conservative part of Turkey, is easy to understand that the men and women could not train together. I was an exception.

Apoi, incet incet, Hediye a inceput sa introduca si orele de Zumba in programul ei de antrenament iar eu am devenit fanul acestor activitati mai ales ca imi place sa dansez la nebunie!!! (La nunta noastra am stat jos doar cand mi-a fost furat pantoful)

Then, slowly slowly, Hediye started to include some Zumba hours in her training programme and I became a huge fan as I love to dance!!! (At our wedding I sat only when my shoe was stolen according to the tradition).

La intoarcerea in Romania, dupa toate mutarile noastre am aflat de la o colega de munca de-a sotului meu ca aici la Hoghiz sunt antrenamente de Zumba. M-am prezentat si eu si imi place foarte mult. Incerc sa fiu prezenta de fiecare data, lipsind doar atunci cand plecam week-endurile la familile noastre sau in perioadele nefericite ale vietii ca de exemplu pierderea cuiva drag, asa cum a fost in cazul meu.

After I returned to Romania and we finished moving from a place to another I found out from a job colleague of my husband that here in Hoghiz there is a place where Zumba training hours are done. I went also and I like it very much. I try to attend every training, missing them only when we leave for the week-end to one of our families or when I pass trough hard periods in my life as for instance losing someone dear, which happened to me.

Pe langa Zumba, zilnic am programul meu de pilates pentru partea de jos a corpului, pentru abdomen si pentru brate. Ma gandeam ca ar fi de ajutor pentru aceia dintre voi care au nevoie de sugestii noi cu privire la antrenamente fizice sa va arat exercitiile pe care le fac zilnic. Mai jos aveti linkurile catre cateva din antrenamentele incercate de mine deja!

Excepting Zumba, I have a Pilates daily training for lower body, for my abdominal muscles and for my arms. I thought that it might be helpful for the ones in need for new suggestions of physical training, to show you the exercises I do daily.   1. Minunat! Și eu am reînceput cu programul de trx și mă simt grozav! O să încerc să folosesc filmulețele propuse de tine…Sunt de real ajutor! Te pup!
